The Alumni association of the college was formed on 2005.Though it has not yet contributed much to the development of the institution ,yet it is conceived that the association might have much to do for the renovation and reconstruction of the second campus at 34 Surya Sen Street,Kolkata.Contextually,it should be noted that the KMC Primary school building taken on lease ath the above address (known as second Campus) was obtained mainly through the continuous initiatiove of Sri Ashok Deb,President of the Alumni Association.It arranges Health check-up and blood donation camp along with the Students Union every year.It also holds Annual function where ex-students are assembled,participate in various cultural events and recollect their old days in the college campus.

Activities of Alumni Association of Department of Chemistry on 27.09.2023

One-day ‘Get-together’ has been organized by the Department of Chemistry on 27 th September, 2023 with ex- students of Chemistry Honours. This reunion had been organized with an aim to interact between ex-students and current students of our Chemistry Honours course. Some of the ex-students had shared their experiences about their higher education and work experiences in research laboratory. A sweet memory had been created among all current and ex-students. Numerous Science shows such as Fun Chemistry had been demonstrated in front of our students. A memento and a gift pack had been distributed among all students. Total 34 students and 6 faculty members of the Chemistry departments have participated. The encouragement and financial support from the college authority have to be mentioned.

Bioscience Alumni Reunion on 17.09.2023

The Bangabasi Morning College Bioscience Alumni Reunion 2023, held on the 17th of September’ 2023, was a memorable event that brought together former students and faculty members to celebrate their shared academic journey and to reminisce about their time at the college.
Throughout the day, the common room was buzzing with activity. Students of the Botany and Zoology Departments showcased their talents through songs, poems, dances, and a small drama performance. Their enthusiasm and creativity added a vibrant touch to the reunion, and the hall was filled with applause from the alumni.
The event saw an impressive turnout, with nearly 150 alumni in attendance. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, shared memories, and rekindled friendships. Groups of alumni were seen capturing these precious moments with their friends as well as with their beloved teachers, creating lasting memories to cherish. In the end, the reunion concluded with a promise to meet again, as the bonds forged during their college years remained as strong as ever. It was a day filled with nostalgia, camaraderie, and a deep sense of belonging, reminding all in attendance of the enduring spirit of the Bangabasi Morning College Bioscience family.

Dengue and Malaria Awareness Campaign on 26.07.2023

On July 26, 2023, the Bangabasi Morning College Alumni Association orchestrated a impactful Dengue and Malaria Awareness Campaign rally near Sealdah- Baithak-khana adjoining the college campuses. With an earnest goal of disseminating vital information about Dengue and Malaria prevention, the campaign drew participation from around 30 dedicated members of the alumni community. The event, kicking off at 10 a.m., sought to raise awareness among the local residents about the significance of preventative measures against these mosquito-borne diseases. Through informative banners, pamphlets, and engaging conversations, the alumni demonstrated their commitment to community welfare, creating a ripple effect of health-conscious behavior in the neighborhood. The rally exemplified the power of collective action in fostering a healthier and well-informed society.

Donation of a Wheel Chair by Alumni Association on 11.05.2023

On 11th May, 2023 the Alumni Association of Bangabasi Morning College donated a wheelchair for Divyangjan students. Sri Ashok Deb, the President of the Governing Body of the college along with Sri Biswajit Das, Secretary of the Alumni Association and other members of Alumni Association donated the wheel chair to the college.

Recent Activities of Alumni [Dengue and Malaria Awareness Campaign on 13.07.2022.]

Alumni Association of Bangabasi Morning College conducted Dengue, Malaria and Covid Awareness Campaign on 13.07.2022. Past and present students and teachers participated in the awareness generation programme in and outside the college premises. Among the alumni members Principal and Local Health workers were present to highlight the various topics associated with dengue, malaria and Covid awareness.

Dengue Awareness Programme Reunion by Alumni Association, Bangabasi Morning College on 31.08.2019

Recognizing the critical need to combat dengue fever, an insidious mosquito-borne illness, the alumni association of Bangabasi Morning College has taken proactive steps to initiate a Dengue Awareness Programme on 31st August, 2019 which aimed at empowering communities with knowledge and resources to protect themselves.
